Delivery

· Illume House products will be safe and beautifully packaged in a jewelry pouch or a jewelry box.

· For domestic customers in Hong Kong, we offer complimentary shipping.

· For international customers, we will have the items delivered by our courier expert. Shipping rates depend on the value of the goods, weight and the country of the provided delivery address. 

· Please note that the all taxes and duties (if any) incurred from the purchase are customer’s responsibility.

· Please note that the delivery time depends on the stock of the item you purchase. It may take three to four weeks for the Pre-Order and/ or the Personalized orders to be shipped out. Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders may take longer than the estimated shipping time. A customer service representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual. BE PATIENT, GREAT THINGS TAKE TIME!
